They just came to me without having to think about it. Why did I cast them? Because they are Dae-hyun and Saet-byul. I believe our drama will show viewers the most ordinary and common love story of young couples in Korea. When you heard that I’m Saet-byul,
You might think the story is about me, working at the convenience store. But like the meaning of my name, a convenience store is like a star which lights up for 24 hours and a place we can go whenever. I think that’s why the title is Backstreet Rookie.
